Set in its own well maintained gardens on the edge of the city. Relaxed space great for meetings. Comfortable well maintained rooms and charming helpful staff. Fantastic breakfasts and good evening restaurant and staff really make one's stay enjoyable. Great helpful local taxi service to and from airport and town if needed.

Well laid out room, good variety for breakfast, vegetation/green at the hotel which was quite refreshing, helpful and friendly staff, location was also quite good being away from the city center

The location of Cresta Lodge was in a prime commuting area. The hotel and rooms are exceptionally clean, with great facilities in the rooms and around the hotel itself; pools, a cafe and restaurant are all located in the hotel, with a very efficient check-in and out process.

Cresta went the extra mile to make sure my needs were met. When I needed to extend my stay, they were super helpful and fair. And everyone is so friendly. I’m definitely coming back.

The location is great, and nearer to the airport. The hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. The staff were friendly and they take their work and customers seriously.

The Cresta Lodge is my go to stay in Harare. It is comfortable, the facilities are good. I’m a frequent visitor.

Unfortunately, i missed all the breakfast due but the Dinner was perfect. The place is well located and clean. The only issue i had was that the room had plenty mosquitoes, but the hotel did not provide the mosquito repellent or doom hence we had to rush to the shops otherwise a good place to visit.

Staff were excellent! Shower was disappointing as my late shower pressure was quite low. Told this to the Duty Manager who was dissappointed and apologised profusely, said she was going to get maintenance in right away to fix.
